This course assumes knowledge of the material in SP 6435: Improving Compliance by Minimising Human Error. It builds on this to look at a process of change that helps you to critically examine how work is planned and conducted and identify aspects that may be unintentionally working against compliance with GMP. The workshop will address:

• The need for and scope of an initial assessment
• How to identify the projects that will provide the most benefit in the short term, and thereby build
confidence in the process.
• How to turn the short term gains into long term benefits using the specialised disciplines around
you.

Format and course length:

This half-day session looks at how to use systems and process thinking to build a solid and sustainable culture to support behaviour in terms of compliance with GMP. It addresses the conduct of a gap analysis, leadership review and identifying projects that utilise lessons learned to address specific areas of GMP ‘pain’ and which can act as real-life examples on which the organisation can build
