Cancellation policy

To re schedule or cancel a booking, please notify SeerPharma within 5 full working days notice, prior to the commencement of the course.

Should we receive less than 5 full working days notice a cost will be charged $50 to cover administration fees. Participant substitutions are permitted prior to the course commencement.

Cancellation is required in writing via fax or email.

If a registered attendee does not cancel and fails to attend, a refund will not be issued. Registrants are responsible for cancelling their own hotel reservations if necessary.
SeerPharma reserves the right to alter the training venue if necessary.

SeerPharma will not confirm training programs until the minimum number of registrations has been received. Participants will not be charged until course confirmation. This means that participants may not be notified of postponed / rescheduled courses until one week prior to the scheduled start.

SeerPharma reserves the right to cancel any training sessions at its sole discretion, whereupon all registration fees will be refunded. SeerPharma will not be responsible for airfare penalties or other costs incurred due to a cancellation.

Privacy

SeerPharma is bound by the National Privacy Principles (NPPs) set out in the Federal Privacy Act 1988. SeerPharma will collect information provided in the online registration form to enable us to register your attendance at the conference, to assist with administrative purposes and for future planning and development of SeerPharma events and to allow compilation and analysis of statistics. The information provided in the online registration form and information provided at any time during the event, including without any limitation any feedback obtained during the event, will be used by SeerPharma to offer, provide and continue to improve its events and services, unless you indicate in writing that you do not want this information shared. SeerPharma will not otherwise, without your consent, disclose your personal information for any purpose unless it would reasonably be expected that such purpose is related to the provision and improvement of SeerPharma events or where such purpose is permitted or required by law.
